Artrageous! 
  • Oakcrest Artrageous! is on Friday, February 1st, starting at 5:30 p.m., and is our biggest community event of the year! We will celebrate the artistic and academic talents of our Oakcrest students while raising money to support endeavors at Oakcrest. The event will have food and amazing items to bid on in the silent auction. We look forward to seeing everyone there and thank you for all your support! Come enjoy performances from our fine arts programs. Student work and wonderful artwork will be on display to showcase our amazing students!  There is also a FABULOUS auction with many teacher experiences up for bid.

Westward Expansion Unit Assessment Review Sheet

This is the review sheet for the Westward Expansion Unit.  This is due before the test.  If the review sheet is completely filled out with information and a parent signature, 5 points will be added to the test.  
 
The review sheet was passed out in class on Wednesday, 1/23.

Tutoring is offered every Monday and Wednesday morning at 7:20.The amount of material covered in this unit can be overwhelming for 5th graders, so I would highly recommend coming in the morning for extra study time! I can also be available on Tuesday and Thursday this week.  The computer lab is also open Monday-Friday at 7:20.  Students will need a pass in order to come to tutoring or go to the computer lab.  

The Constitution and A New Government Unit Assessment Review

This is homework this week!  
  • Constitution and New Government Test Review Sheet-complete (Students received a copy in class.)
  • Study Social Studies Notebook notes for the unit,  warm ups, Google Classroom resources under unit topic, and review sheet 15 minutes each night for the test on Friday.  
Tutoring is offered every Monday and Wednesday morning at 7:20. The amount of material covered in this unit can be overwhelming for 5th graders, so I would highly recommend coming in the morning for extra study time!
