Howdy Wildcats!
I hope you are all as excited about this school year as I am!
A little about me - This is my 15th year teaching. I have a passion for teaching science and helping kiddos understand the world around them. I attended Texas A&M University (WHOOP!) and earned my degree from the University of Arkansas-Little Rock. I began my teaching career in Cy-Fair ISD and this is my first year in Tomball. I am excited and looking forward to the Oakcrest Experience!
I have one son, Eli, who is 11 and in the 6th grade. My wife and I have been married for 20 years and we enjoy travelling, trips to the beach, and cheering on our son at his football games. I love to fish, so when I'm not at school or at the ball field, I'm probably on the water somewhere.
My goal for my students is to get them excited about science and the world around them and just learning in general. I look forward to working with you all! Please do not hesitate to email or call me with questions.
Thanks and let's have a great year!

This week, we will finish off our unit on changes to Earth's surface. Thursday we will be showing what we have learned on the unit test. I will send home a review during class tomorrow. Please review the information and make sure you can answer the questions on the back page. this review will take the place of homework this week.
